Ingredients Qty.
ELM Brownie Mix 1000 g
Water 340 ml
Refined Oil 300 g (330 ml)
  •  Place water, 1 kg B BROWN ELM and oil in a mixing bowl and mix with flat blade at slow speed for 1 minute
  •  Scrape the batter and mix with flat blade at high speed for 5 minutes
  •  Scale the batter into well-greased cake mould
  •  Bake at 170? for 35 minutes
