Premix 1000 g
Water 300 ml
Egg 6-8 (350 g)
Oil 30 g (33 ml)
  •  Place GLUTEN FREE CAKE MIX C, eggs, oil and water in the mixing bowl and whisk 1 minute at slow speed
  •  Scrape batter and whisk at high speed for 4 minutes
  •  Scale the batter in mould and bake at 160? upper and 180? lower for 35 minutes
