Application Performance:
Disperse violet 27 is reddish purple, with good fastness, suitable for dyeing light and medium colors. When dyeing dark colors, the sublimation fastness is poor. Iron and copper ions in the dyeing bath have no effect on the color shade. The appropriate pH value is 7. It can withstand weak alkali during dyeing. It is suitable for high temperature and high pressure and carrier method dyeing. When dyeing on acetic acid and triacetin fiber, the color shade of the dyed fabric is slightly redder than that of polyester and the dyeing rate is lower. When dyed on nylon, the color shade is similar to polyester. Dyeing on acrylic, the color shade is similar to polyester, and the coloring reate is low. It can be directly printed on polyester and cotton fabrics, and cannot be used as a background color for printing.
