PSA - Plasticiser & Set Accelerator, helps in reducing the water cement ratio of the concrete mix, decreases the set time and results in higher overall strength. It complies with ASTM-C-494 Type A & C, IS- 9103.

USES

•   As economical plasticiser for production of free flowing concrete such as slabs, foundations, walls, beams, columns, piers and precast precast. Can be used to optimize cement dosage.

•   As a set accelerator it is used for early and ultimate high strength concrete such as pre-cast concrete, pre-stressed concrete, bridges, cantilever structure and foundations, etc.

  DOSAGE

  200–500ml per 50 kg of cement is recommended depending on requirement. Field trials should be conducted to determine the optimum dosage.

  DIRECTION OF USE

  PSA should be added to the concrete mix during the mixing cycle after addition of water. For better dispersion, it can be added in mixing water. Never add the admixture to the dry mix.

   

  STORAGE

  Store in frost-free condition away from sunlight or extreme heat. For best result, use within one year of opening the seal.
