BENEFITS OF ECOCLEAN
1) Water Conservation: - By the use of ECOCLEAN, the blowdown from cooling towers will be stopped from Day-1 use. No blowdown is required from the cooling tower. Our organic liquid helps in converting TDS to TSS, that’s why the TDS of the circulating water doesn’t increase.
2) Improvement in the Cooling Tower Range :- By use of ECOCLEAN, the scale which has deposited on the cooling tower frills will be removed & with-in 20-25 days the scale will become soft & will start removing from frills. Our organic chemical works on the ZETA POTENTIAL & DOUBLE LAYER theory. As the blockage will be removed the cooling tower range will improve. It also doesn’t allow any new formation of scale.
3) Removal of Algae & Fungi from Cooling Tower Circuit :- ECOCLEAN removes the oxygen from the circulating water & thus the algae & fungi becomes dead in 20-25 days of use of ECOCLEAN. All the live algae & fungi, which is green in colour, turns black (dead) in 20-25 days of use of ECOCLEAN.
4) Improvement in the Range of Chiller: - As the same water enters the condenser circuit of the chillers, it also descales the tubes of condenser & it doesn’t requires descaling further any more.
5) Energy Saving from ECOCLEAN :- As the water requirement decrease by the use of ECOCLEAN, lesser water needed to be pumped from the ground or water authorities & lesser water needed to be pumped into the cooling tower circuit. In this way, with water conservation, ECOCLEAN also provides energy conservation. As the range of cooling tower & chiller condenser circuit improves the Itk/Kw also reduces & thus the reduction in chiller power will also be attained.
6) Reduction in ETP cost:- As no blowdown happens from the cooling tower, so lesser quantum of effluent needed to be treated in the ETP. This is how it also saves ETP treatment cost/KL.
7) Needed to be dosed once in a Day:- ECOCLEAN needed to be dosed only once in a day, unlike the conventional, which needed to be dosed 24-hour.
